Candidate Screening
Once we have received your application, our experienced team of recruiters in the Philippines will carefully review your profile to determine your caliber and fit to the opportunity you are applying for. Initial Interview
Once you have been shortlisted, a dedicated recruiter will conduct an initial interview. Client Service Manager Interview
After your successful initial interview, you will have an interview with our assigned Australian or American-based client service manager. Our Client Service Managers are equipped with extensive industry knowledge and expertise to assess your suitability for the role.This interview allows us to ensure a seamless alignment between your skills and the specific needs of our clients.

Client Interview
The next stage of your candidate journey will be your interview with the client directly. This stage enables our clients to assess your compatibility with their company culture, values, and work environment. This is the perfect timing to showcase your qualifications, experience and set expectations ensuring a clear and effective communication between you and the clients

Integration with International Company
Congratulations! You’re now part of our Champions roster and will become an integral part of the client’s team. In order to seamlessly integrate you with the client, our dedicated Support Team here in the Philippines will prepare you with the company rules, working schedule, work setup, and culture. Once completed, you’ll be all set to reach global success with your client!
